Founder-led practice. James Fredley is the operator across every engagement, with 28 years of hands-on engineering and growth-marketing experience. We do not subcontract the work or hand you off to a junior team. When a client needs additional capacity, we bring in vetted long-term specialists we have worked with directly.

Triumph Interactive is based in the Triangle, NC area (Willow Spring, just south of Raleigh). The work is delivered remotely by default, with on-site time at the client's location available where the project benefits from it. Training engagements can be delivered virtually, on-site at the client, or in person in the Triangle, NC area.

Most engagements run as fixed-scope projects (typically 4-12 weeks) or monthly retainers. We do not charge a percentage of ad spend - that incentive is misaligned with your goals. Every engagement starts with a discovery call and a written scope so you know exactly what you are paying for and what you will get before any work begins. Pricing depends on the service - see the individual service pages for specifics.

Scoped engagements range from focused 2-6 week sprints (a performance audit, an analytics rebuild, a half-day workshop) to multi-quarter retainers where we operate as the engineering or growth function for a growth-stage company. Most relationships start with a 30-60 day initial scope and renew based on results.

Two things. One: 28 years of hands-on operator experience. We have shipped, scaled, and broken these systems ourselves - we are not strategists who pass the work to a delivery team. Two: we operate at the intersection of engineering and growth marketing. Most consultancies pick a side, and most product teams suffer because of it. We combine both into a single accountable engagement.

Two reasons. First, Triumph delivers senior-operator-level work without the cost or ramp-up time of a senior in-house hire. Second, the integrated bundle (custom development plus growth marketing plus analytics plus applied AI plus team training) is impossible to hire as one full-time person. Most clients pair a focused Triumph engagement with their existing in-house team rather than choosing between them.

Yes. We scope single-service engagements regularly via individual Statements of Work: a focused performance audit, an analytics rebuild, a Grails or Spring Boot upgrade, a half-day workshop.
